Return Options for Old Devices in Compliance with ElektroG

At Hase-electronic GmbH, we provide simple and eco-friendly ways for you to return your old electrical devices. Our return process meets the requirements of § 19 Absatz 1 Satz 1 ElektroG, ensuring that old devices are properly disposed of and recycled.

Here’s how the return process works:

1. Contact Us:
   You can reach us either through a form on our contact page or via email at info@hase-elec.de to express your wish to return old devices.

2. Response and Processing:
   After you contact us, we will promptly get back to you to organize the return of your devices. We will recommend one of the following options:

   • Pick-Up: We will arrange for our own pick-up service to collect the devices from you.
   • Shipping: We will provide you with an address to which you can send the devices.

3. Important Data Deletion Notice:
   Please remember to delete all personal information from the devices before returning them to us.

4. Labeling:
   Our products are labeled with the crossed-out wheelie bin symbol. This symbol indicates that the device should not be disposed of in household waste.
